What is the euthanasia process?

I will give your pet two separate injections.  The first is a combination of sedatives and pain medications to help them feel comfortable and relaxed as they gently fall asleep while you love on them.  This process usually takes about 3-5 minutes.  Then I will give a second injection that they won't even feel.

How does cremation work?

We will handle transporting your pet - Faithful Friends will call you when ashes are ready (typically within a week) and you will pick them up directly from their office in Hebron, KY.

Should I give them medication before the appointment?

Yes, please continue giving your pet any medications they are currently prescribed for pain, anxiety, or nausea (ideally 2 - 8 hours prior to your appointment).   No pre-medications are necessary if not already something they are taking.
